Implant sizes and names/descriptions

Hello everyone,
my name is Leo Ruehrmund and I'm a PhD student at the Rostock University Medical Center, Germany.
We are currently planning to combine our simulations powered by your dataset with an experiment and we would like to order the exact implants (at least the geometries in contact, as the tray is custom tailored).
Could you give us the exact names/description of the implants? For example we found different trays that might be applicable but we can't find enough information to find the correct one (same for insert, etc.):
Tray:
PFC SIGMA TIBIAL TRAY FIXED BEARING KEEL TITANIUM CEMENTED SZ4
PFC SIGMA TIBIAL TRAY FIXED BEARING MODULAR TITANIUM CEMENTED SZ4
Insert:
PFC SIGMA FIXED BEARING TIBIAL INSERT PLI GVF SZ4 12.5MM
PFC SIGMA FIXED BEARING TIBIAL INSERT PLI XLK SZ4 12.5MM
