Rotation Sequence for Kinematic Data

Hello,

This is a general question about the motion capture data. What is the rotation sequence between the tracking and anatomic coordinate systems for the motion capture data? I've looked in several places online and in papers and can't seem to find the answer. I'm specifically interested in the 4th Edition data, but I think the answer is probably the same for all editions. If I'm missing it somewhere, please let me know where I can find this information.

Thanks,

Rachel Hall

There is no rotation sequence for motion capture data. Mocap data is just (x,y,z) coordinates of markers, which we turn into joint motions (some of which may have rotation sequences associated with them) using an Inverse Kinematics analysis.
