Open models in OpenSim

Post by J.J. Mordang » Mon May 10, 2010 3:08 am

Hi,

I just downloaded the newest versions of the lower limb. But when I want to open the models neither one of them (V2S or V2D) can be opened. Every time I get the massage: "Object type NaturalCubicSpline not recognized" on the messagetab and "No dynamics engine in model's XML file" in a popup. Is because I'm using OpenSim version 1.9.1? Or what can I do to open them?

Thanks for your time,

Jan-Jurre

Hi Jan-Jurre,
There were some changes in the model file format between 1.9.1 and 2.0.2, the current version. Sometimes the models created in the latest version cannot be opened in older versions. If you update to 2.0.2 there should be no problem.
