muscle attachment points!!

hi
I'm using LowerLimbModel2010_2LegsHATv2.1_OpenSim model for my project and I have to add an extra muscle! the muscle originates from femur and inserts to the patella. I know where the attachment sights are but how can I find out the coordinates of the corresponding attachment sights on femur and patella?! shall I look in geometry files or what?!
