Inverse Kinematics over Kinect data

Hi,
I tried running IK over data collected using Kinect. The subjects have walked in a semi-circular path. When I tried running Ik over the data I got the output in which the model facing an orientation peoblem to the actual trajectory. May I have any suggestions how to overcome this, it would be really help:

To brief the process:
The kinect (.txt) files were converted to .trc files.
The trc files were used to scale the base model.
The same trc files were used to generate Inverse Kinematics
Please find attached the output of scaling (.osim) and IK (.webm converted to mp4) for your reference.
