Kister force plates

Post by Ursula Trinler » Tue Mar 11, 2014 2:39 am

Hi Lee-Son,

I have a question regarding your toolbox. Do Kistler force plates work now as well or is it still only AMTI force plates which can be used with your toolbox?

I had a look into the User Manual (1.5.1) and it says that the toolbox will be available soon for Kistler as well.

Thank you a lot!
Ursula

Hi Ursula,
I'm so sorry for late reply. I could not monitor this forum for a while for personal reasons.

The manual says our toolbox can be used only for AMTI force plates. This is because we have only AMTI force plates in our lab, so we could not test its compatibility with other types of force plates. However, some of the users of our toolbox have reported that the toolbox works fine for Kistler force plates too, so I think it will not be a problem.

Regards,
Sangjun Lee

Thank you a lot. It seems to work with mine as well, can use the output files without any problems in OpenSim.

Best,
Ursula
