execution error

Post by Julie Ellis » Wed Jan 18, 2017 7:12 pm

Hi there,

I am running a simple elbow model execution. I keep getting the following error no matter what configuration I use.

Check configuration data...
Reading subject file: /../../PilotZ/ceinms/calibration/uncalibrated/PilotZ_elbow/PilotZ_uncalibrated_elbow.xml .
activeForceLength
passiveForceLength
forceVelocity
tendonForceStrain
Assuming BIClong pennation angle in radians: 0
Assuming TRImed pennation angle in radians: 0.15708
Assuming BICshort pennation angle in radians: 0
Assuming BRA pennation angle in radians: 0
Assuming BRD pennation angle in radians: 0
Assuming TRIlong pennation angle in radians: 0.20944
Assuming TRIlat pennation angle in radians: 0.15708
Assuming ANC pennation angle in radians: 0
Something is wrong. 2 muscles should be in the file and we have : 1

I have checked that my MTU and excitation names are matching. Any suggestions for what might be the problem here? Thanks in advance for your help.

Julie

Hi Julie,

are you using CEINMS 0.9? I have solve some of these annoyances in CEINMS 0.10, so try to use that. If you are already using CEINMS 0.10, can you send me a copy of the data you are using (including all the xml files) so I can test it out and find the problem?

Cheers
Claudio
