ik.mot

Post by jifa cai » Sun Apr 09, 2017 11:52 pm

Hello,

I'm actually trying to use the original model to build the results you get,but I'm missing the ik.mot file.

I am wondering if someone has already encountered this problem.

I would greatly appreciated your help.

Thanks ,

Efeir

Hi Efeir,

what model and what data are you using?

Hi Claudio,

I would like to know whether there is a data file on inverse kinematics here. Because what confuse me is that the process of knee joint knee changes is unknown in the situation. I see path-C: \ Users \ Alice Mantoan \ Documents \ REG \ CEINMS_TestData \ ElaboratedData \ GC_SixthCompetition \ inverseKinematics \ Rstance1_allT_noSternumThighLat \ OvergroundGaitTrials_DM_ngait_og9 \ ik.mot - from setup_ID.xml in the inverseDynamics file. There are inverse kinematic data files.

I would greatly appreciated your help.
Best wishes!

Hi Efeir,

we haven't attached any inverse kinematics data in the dataset. This is because that is not necessary to run CEINMS, as we have provided the results from the Muscle Analysis tool.

To run CEINMS you need:
1) Muscle tendon lengths and moment arms calculated via Muscle Analysis in OpenSim
2) External joint moments calculated via Inverse Dynamics in OpenSim
3) Muscle excitations calculated from experimental EMG signals

Please, let me know if this answers your question
Cheers
Claudio
