Can't Find convertOsimToSubjectXml

Hello All,

I am fairly new to the CEINMS toolbox, and would like to start implementing unique OpenSim models and data. I noticed that the test data included with CEINMS has an example of a subject description file called, "DM_uncalibrated.xml" which states that it was converted using convertOsimToSubjectXml; however, I can't seem to find the convertOsimToSubjectXml code anywhere, including the CEINMS and MOtoNMS source code. Is this readily available? If so, where can I download it? It would save a lot of time instead of having to create the subject description xmls manually or having to automate the process if it has already been done.
