Error message

Post by Julian Atkinson » Mon Jul 31, 2017 2:24 am

Hi there

I am getting an error message "WARNING! Wrong excitation data provided for muscle..."

I looked at my file directories in the setup files and they all look correct. I looked at the data in the emg file and it also appears to look right. I am rerunning some CEINMS calibration and execution with after also rerunning my EMG analysis at different filtering frequencies. I get this error for some subjects and not others.

Regards,
Julian

Problem solved - It was an issue with normalization of data.

Hi Julie,

double check your normalised EMGs, you may see that they are outside the 0 to 1 range. For example, you may get negative excitations due to some filtering issues.
