I have some EMG data that I want to include in a CMC simulation. The idea is that CMC will calculate the muscle activations for the muscles that I do not have EMG data for.
The CMC simulation runs fine without the EMG data.
I am including the EMG data in the control constraints for the relevant muscles by entering the activation levels into the <min_nodes> and <max_nodes> in the control set.
When I run CMC with the EMG data included, it starts fine, I get warnings that there is a small force range for the muscles that I am using the EMG data for, which is what I would expect. The problem is that it doesn't get very far, even when I just enter EMG data for a small muscle that has almost no effect on the model.
Is this approach possible with CMC, or should I be looking at another way of doing this?

Hello,
I am just wondering if you have found an answer to this question? I realize it was a while ago, but if you have I would be very interested in hearing about it.
Thanks
