I am installing the Opensim in Ubuntu system however while installing doxygen, it gets stopped at the message "Generating docs for compound SimTK::EllipticalPointContact..." I waited for nearly 3 hours but didn't move forward. What can I do? or is it normal for this process?

Nilay,

Installation on Linux can be problematic and we haven't fully tested the process. It may not be necessary to build the doxygen though.
