I would suggest you to try out Long Path Tool. Its sure to sort out your problem

I saw this as well with 3.2.

Edit: I can verify that 3.1 loaded without any problems, and seems to be able to load the Gait Model 2354.

You can use “Long Path Tool” !
Aswome tool to fix this problem.

I think "Long Path Tool" is for files whose pathname is too long. I believe OpenSim is complaining that the search path (that is, the %path% environment variable) has too many entries on it.

when i am installing opensim3.3 , i have error too.

but i don't know how i use the long path tool, so could you help me how use that tool..??

Hi,

We are having the same problem with opensim 3.3.0 x64. It seems that the max. length of the PATH exepted by the installer is about 1560 characters.

We would like to install opensim silently/unattended (using the /S option) but unfortunately this warning blocks the installation.
