full body analysis

Hi everyone
Previously I have taken a test (double leg jump) and now I want to analyzed it but I couldn’t. at the day of the test I put marker on upper and lower body (same as FullBodyModel_Hamner2010_v2_0) but now I want to do full analysis but the folder of RunningSimulation_simTK model that I have downloaded don’t have anything that full analysis needed in it. For example gait 2392 model have all of the XML files that we need to complete analysis but this model do not. Actually I can just do inverse kinematic and inverse dynamic with this model and I could not continue for RRA, CMC and finally the analysis.
I was wondering if someone could help me and said to me what should I do for doing complete analysis my test that have marker on upper and lower body.

Hi Sajad,

The simtk project 'Muscle-actuated Simulation of Human Running' has a downloadable zip called 'RunningSimulation_simTK'. This has a full body analysis, including data and setup files.
