Kinect Data

Hello every one :)

I have already used OpenSim with C3D data (Vicon Motion Capture system), but now I am working in new project and we using the Kinect from Microsoft for movement analysis of the human body for application in rehabilitation.

I would like to know, how I can process Kinect data on OpenSim? I there any toolbox like "T.W Dorn. Gait extract toolbox for matlab" I have already used for C3D file, for Kinect data ?

Hi Yann,

I am unaware of an automated tool box for for kinect data. Sounds like a good opportunity;)

Hi,

Thank for your answer, I extract csv from the kinect I processed it. Then I used the LeeSon Toolbox to convert my files, I took the examples given with the toolbox and I constructed my csv file exactly like in the example and it is work :)

So If I found some time I will try to develop a toolbox to process the data from kinect directly :)
