Torque vs Coordinate actuators

Post by Frédéric Lamon » Mon Aug 17, 2015 4:16 am

Hello everybody,

I would like to know the differences between torque and coordinate actuators. I ran SO with all my reserve actuators as coordinate actuators and I was wondering what would happen if I ran it with the same actuators but as torques actuators. I ask this because then I want to use the jointreaction analysis to estimate the moments at the knee joints and depending if I use torque or coordinate actuators, the result is not the same.

Cheers,

Frederic
