When attempting to run a static optimization of a motion file, the program crashes out on me immediately. I've attempted this for many motion files and time constraints, all with the same result. Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?
Additionally, I am trying to find a way to plot/find the muscle force trajectory in order to find joint reaction forces. Are there easy ways of doing this, or am I going to have to get clever?
Finally, I'm a little unclear on the terminology used within the program. What, exactly, is the difference between the fiber force and the actuator force?
