GeometrySet file

Post by Guanxin Jiang » Mon May 02, 2016 4:31 am

Hello
what is the difference between the file, for example, r_scaph.vtp and arm_r_scaphoid.vtp? i try to import both of these files, and it seems to me that scaphoid in these two files are just different size and different location. For that case, how can i get the precise location of these bones and how can i get the coordinate of joint?

A piece of geometry files are for display purposes. The location of bodies and their coordinates are part of the model. You attached geometry to bodies so you can visualize their location.

If you want the location of a body, you can either run a body or point kinematics analysis.
