python API documentation

Hi

Is there a python API documentation somewhere ?
I found some python Object not defined in the c++ api, for example : PropertyHelper()

if no documentation exist, could i get it by building the API ?

There is only one set of API documentation. Future versions will have scripting and C++ docs, which obviously doesn't help you right now.
