pain simulate

Hello

I want to simulate pain in muscles. my purpose is escape of test on patients.
i can achieve to it in open sim? how? please help me.

and can i simulate fatigue in open sim?

You may be able to build a model of pain, depending on the source of the pain. The following resources describe some of the capabilities of the muscle models currently available in OpenSim:
