perturbation results for centre of mass

Hello developers,

Did the convention for the direction of X, Y and Z with respect to Muscle-Induced Accelerations of the centre of mass (as calculated using the Perturb application) change between OpenSim versions 1.5.5 and 1.8.1 ?

I have just processed the same CMC output through the Perturb tools in both those versions and it appears that the vertical direction that was Y in version 1.5.5 is now Z in version 1.8.1 ...

Was this an intentional change or am I missing something?
