Hi
I have a list of queries regarding Static optimization in Wrist model for holding objects
1.What is the significance of filter in Static optimization ?.
2.Why do the graph varies before and after filter and which result have to be taken ?.
3.The default filter value is 6 Hz.What if we increase or decrease the value ?.
4.I get the SO result as Static optimization too weak.Increasing the muscle force would eliminate this message ?

Hi,
1) Since SO accepts the kinematics, the filter is applied to the kinematics in order to remove any high frequency artifacts.
2) If you change the input the output would change.
3) If you increase the cut of frequency you will not attenuate frequencies bellow the cut of value.
4) Not necessary, since the muscles interact with the system in a nonlinear and varying manner. Maybe the problem is in the operation region of the given muscles.
