CMC_Point

Hey guys,

Are CMC_Point tasks currently possible in either CMC or RRA?

The wiki for CMC says "Although there will be additional task types in the future, such as orientation and point tracking, currently only tracking of generalized coordinates (or joints) is supported." However, others on the forum have claimed have claimed to use CMC_Point tasks in RRA in prior versions of OpenSim, so I am wondering if this information on the wiki is outdated.

I am have trouble implementing these point tasks in RRA (OpenSim crashes without error message). I was hoping to get some guidance or example XML setup files.

I would try contacting these users directly. I'm not aware of any tests for CMC_Point in the codebase, and I don't think any examples use it either.
