Kinematics for external loads

Post by Maurice Lang » Mon Oct 02, 2017 3:41 am

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a ID simulation and I have a doubt about external forces ;

I don't understand which file I have to put in "kinematics for external loads" option,
Is the same .mot file that I use as input for ID that contains the motion of my model?

If I don't specify it what happens?

Thanks

Maurice

Yes.

OpenSim needs this information to improve the calculations of the GRF forces.

ok, I understand.
I thought instead I should put another specific .mot file.
Thank you !
