hi,
everyone
I have two problems need your help
1. why the value of FY is so high at the beginning of caculation?(PS. the seem situation appeared ID results)
2. why ligament forces which plot from force file are so strange after OS ?

1. If they are high enough (>40N) then the ground reaction forces are missing or not applied correctly. You can look at the gait2354 dataset (in the model folder) and the grf setup.
2. Ligaments are sensitive to the resting length parameter.

I have checked the gound force applying calcns following your suggestions but no gain anything
