Now I only have my track file .trc and osim file,Do I have a way of get the force of each muscle through opensim?
IF i cant ,What else do I need to do?

Now I only want to analyse the arm muscles,so can I simulate the ground force in some way? .Because the demand for precision is not high.

The best modeling approach depends on your research question, the motion you are simulating, the data you have, etc. Without more information, it is difficult to make any concrete recommendations. Based on the information you have provided, I will make a guess that you're simulating reaching and your subjects are either seated or standing still. I also don't know what model you are using. If only the arms are moving, you could consider using an upper-limb model (e.g., https://simtk.org/projects/upexdyn) and welding the model's torso to ground.
