How to convert the *.csv docs to *.trc docs?

Hi, Professors and Doctors. I am a freshman of the OpenSim, so hope to get some guidance.

Now I meet a problem that I don't know how to convert the the *.csv docs to *.trc docs, in order to scale my model. Though there is a tool "Lee-Sonstoolbox", when I applied it to my documents, it would show no response and didn't work. And I find other Matlab tool on our website hasn't such function. So I require how to convert the *.csv docs to *.trc docs?

Yes, thanks. I have checked the related tools "Matlab_Opensim_Tools_v2" and "Lee-Son's Toolbox". However, the "Matlab_Opensim_Tools_v2" didn't have such function and "Lee-Son's Toolbox" didn't work. So could you please give me more detail about how to use them? Thanks!

You could try contacting the authors directly. You may need to modify the scripts if they're designed to start with c3d files. It might be easiest to just write a MATLAB script that reads your csv file and writes a trc file in the correct format (the format is described on this page: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... c%29+Files). If you have only one file to convert, you could also try using Excel.
