Moment of inertia around body origin

Hello all

Is it possible to calculate the moment of inertia of a body with respect to the body's origin through the MATLAB API? Or a way to transform the default value given about the centre of mass to the body origin? I know these commands exist within the SimTK namespace and that these aren't yet available in the OpenSim3.3 API but I was hoping there may be a work around I could try.
