Osteoarthritis with valgus knee deformity at the lateral compartment

Post by ERIC ADDISON » Sat Jul 28, 2018 8:46 am

I have data of patients with measured knee angles (kock-knee) with their body weights. I want to use these informations to calculate or get the effect of loading on the knee. Somehow, the defected knee angle is dependent on the pelvis.
Any help please?

Thanks

Eric Addison

Not sure what you mean, but note that the knee joint may be defined differently in different models. You may want to consult the publication associated with the model you are using (journal paper, project page on simtk.org, etc.). You may also want to investigate the model mentioned on this recent, related thread: topic 9318, viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=91&t=9318. It seems that topic 9318 was opened by someone at the same institution as you, so perhaps you could try contacting them and working together?
