IAA results - Dominance of gravity and residuals

Post by Rodrigo Mateus » Thu Oct 18, 2018 1:07 pm

Hello,

I was working on an induced accelerations analysis and the results from one of the subjects was strange, since the gravity contribution+residuals contributions seem to overpower all the muscles contributions and make up for the total acceleration of the center of mass along the vertical axis, Y. I performed IK, RRA and CMC, and the results seem correct up until the IAA.

Below is how the setup of the IAA was done. A RollingOnSurface constraint was used.

Has anyone come across with this situation? What can be the main reasons for the muscles to be almost entirely ignored? How can I correct this?

Thank you in advance.
