How to plot or measure joint angle?

Hello,
We are working on the Hyoid Neck Model and we need to plot or measure the neck angle during flexion or extension. We could not find any tool that could help us in getting angles in the Plot Tool drop down.
What should we do for finding angles?

You can load a motion file (typically obtain from inverse kinematics) for you model.
