Problems Actuator's Optimal Force during SO

everyone,
Recently, I am confused about Actuator's Optimal Force.Strong actuators and weak actuator's optimal force have great effects on muscle forces and other analysis, I have performed SO when the force=1,30,100 and case1 showed calculation failure, two other cases results vary greatly. Is there a coefficient relationship between the different calculation results? In other words, how do we understand the existence of this term, and how much is appropriate when calculating?
