New to OpenSim, trying to build a squat model

Post by Bradley Couillard » Tue Mar 11, 2014 7:35 pm

Hey everyone,

I am trying to develop a simulation of a squat model based on myself. I have taken measurements of femur, torso, tib/fib, arm and neck lengths to build an ideal version of the squat with the conditions that the loading is a 'low-bar position', follows an optimal path (straight line) and shin angle is between 0 and 20 degrees dorsiflexion (towards toes).

I will do my research but i could use some help if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks!
