Extracting TRC from static trial

Hello,
I am trying to extract TRC data from a static trial that does not have force data, using the matlab code "osimC3D.m". But it seems in order to run this code successfully, data from force plate should also be present.
Can anyone here help me or suggest a way to extract TRC data from C3D files that do not have force data?
