Converting c3d to mot

I meet a problem these days, hope the clever wokers can help me.

I use the Tool Covert file to tre & mot, like the attachment.

However, when I run the scripe, it notes that:

No function or variable is defined 'adapta_nomes_coordgen'.
Error c3d2OS (line 151)
lista_nomes_coordgen2 = adapta_nomes_coordgen (lista_nomes_coordgen1);

I really hope can get the direction, thanks.
