Joint/body axes colours and sizes

Post by Peter Bishop » Sun Sep 01, 2019 1:57 am

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to customize the colour convention of the axes used to display joint and body axes/frames in the GUI? The reason for this is that I am also using another software (Maya) which uses a different colour convention (X = red, Y = green, Z = blue), and it would be useful to be able to follow a consistent format.

Also, is it possible to scale the axes to different sizes? I am working with models of small animals (birds, etc) and so the default sizes of the axes (good for human-sized models) are often very large and awkward to visualize.

Many thanks for any help!

Peter Bishop.

Hi,

I think you can scale the diameter of the reference frame (Edit->Preferences) but not the color.

Thanks Dimitar, that worked for scaling the axes/frames. I'll keep investigating if I can change the colours.
