Dear all,
we just installed OpenSim 4.0.
When opening a model only the tiles of the floor are displayed, not the actual model.
I was not able to find a finite solution in the bugs or the forum.
Hope you can help.
Regards
Stefan

Re: visualization of model
Hi Stefan,
Many factors could be behind this so more info is needed, in particular:
1. Do you have admin permissions, do you see the same problem if running as admin?
2. Is the model actually opened and navigator panel populated or not?
3. Is this model specific or generic for all models?
4. Do you have non us characters on the path of your model file?
Please advise so we can help you out.
Best regards,
-Ayman

Re: visualization of model
Dear Ayman,
We found out that our proxy is most likely the problem.
First we only saw an error (proxy received an invalid response)
By adding the url http://127.0.0.1:8002/ threejs/editor/index.html to the proxy we are able to see the floor.
Additional changes must be made to see the model.
It works when the proxy is disabled, but that is ofcourse not an option.
If you happen to know something, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Stefan
