Static Optimization Muscle Equilibrium Error

Hi

I'm having a few problems running static optimization effectively in OpenSIm 4.0. For most trials it is able to complete okay, but there are always a few frames where it seems to have problems equibrilating the muscles acting around the ankle. The SO still seems to run unless this is the first frame in which case it just fails completely. Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any suggestions? I've attatched the error code below:
