Advanced Realtime Tracking export C3D

Post by Jean Pignet » Thu May 07, 2020 5:21 am

Hello community,

My project consists of doing ergonomic analysis on an operator. For this, the operator's movements are recorded by an optical capture system ART (Advanced Realtime Tracking). I want to reproduce its movements on the openSim interface.

I have taken note of all the necessary methodology (https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... m+Workflow), scaling and MarkerSet .

Only ART technology is different from Vicon or Optitrack. ART uses a different model to interpret the data. It is a system grouping 3 markers in the center of each segment.
The problem is therefore the conversion from my * .c3d format to * .trc format.

Anyone have any information on using ART technology with Opensim?

Thanks for your help.
