Model 2392 Inverse Dynamics if Sample Data

Post by Allison Porter » Fri Jun 26, 2020 12:30 pm

I am running through the Inverse Dynamics tool with the model 2392 to analyze the joint torques at the knee. I first went thought the OpenSim Tutorial 3, but would like to recreate this process with the higher fidelity 2392 model (rather than the 2354, which is the model used for the tutorial).

When I run the ID tool with 2354, I use the ID setup file as the directions indicate. With the 2392 model, I used the IKResults file. However, my plots of the knee_angle_r_moment and knee_angle_l_moment between these two models are very different. Did I do something incorrectly, or is there an explanation as to why these results are so different for the included OpenSim sample data?

Plots are attached.
Model 2354 plot is entitled "Unassisted Walking: ID Knee Angle Moment"
Model 2302 plot is entitled: "Model 2392 ID Knee Angle Moment"
