Matlab visualizer

Post by Elena Bardi » Mon Aug 24, 2020 3:24 am

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a matlab script which uses the Visualizer. I am using the model "Arm26" to which I added a schematic representation of an exoskeleton.
When I load the file through the Opensim GUI there is no problem with the visualization of the model. However, when I run the simulations from Matlab, the view is somehow enlarged and I cannot find the model. This does not occur if I load the original version of the model.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Elena

Hello,

If you're seeing messages in Matlab about vtp files or other mesh files missing that may explain.
If that's the case please follow the steps described here
https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... hstoMatlab

and let us know if it fixes the problem.

Best regards,
-Ayman
