An exception occured when loading 'squatToStand_3dof9musc.osim'

Post by Simon Jeng » Sat Oct 03, 2020 3:33 am

Hi,

I used OpenSim 4.1 to open the model named 'squatToStand_3dof9musc.osim' of the tutorial 'Moco: Predict a Squat-to-stand', an exception occured. I uploaded the screenshot and attached it.

I cannot understand what the exception means, what can I do to solve this?

Thanks in advance,
Simon

Hello Simon,

The exception is happening in a low level Java rendering call that tries to paint a panel. Can you provide some context, for example if you were able to use version 4.0 on this machine or use/view other models? Did you try closing and opening the viewer panel?

Please let us know how it goes,
-Ayman
