RRA error keep occur. is there any solution? (file added)

Hi
I use Opensim on walking.
I made Setup file to do IK, ID, RRA.
But in RRA process the fail keep occurs and also the model's leg rotate abnormally.
I add the files that I used in my process.

Is there any solution for me?
