Running Analyze tool from the command line

Post by Michele Vanoncini » Tue Mar 23, 2010 7:48 am

Hi,

i wonder if it is possible to run the analyze tool on the results of inverse kinematics from the command line?

I need to find the trajectory of the centre of mass during a movement...I've done this from the GUI so far.Is going through inverse dynamics the only option if I want use the command line instead?

Thanks a lot!

Hi Michele,

Nope. There's a separate executable "analyze" that you can invoke from the command line to run the AnalyzeTool. The setup file created from the GUI (with potentially some hand editing using an XML editor) could be used. You could add a PointKinematics analysis to find the trajectory.

Hope this helps,
