Geometry Modification

Post by Susannah Hall » Fri Mar 19, 2021 4:39 am

I was wondering if anyone would be able to let me know if it is possible to obtain the geometry of pelvis from the tutorial model? And also is it possible to modify the geometry such as add an acetabular cup onto it? Thanks in advance.

The geometry (.vtp) files can be found in OpenSim's Geometry folder (e.g., C:\OpenSim 4.1\Geometry). You can use the Property Editor (see https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... tputs+List) to find the name of the geometry file. There are several Forum threads about editing/loading geometry files in OpenSim. See also the "Visualization and Graphics" section on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page in the documentation: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... ndGraphics.
