Need to convert data from Excel to .mot (for inverse dynamics)

Hi,

We are two students who need help with our thesis. This is the first time we are using OpenSims and would appreciate all the help we can get. We made an experiment with a loadcell attached to the arm, which gave us a lot of data in an excel file. We took measurements with the loadcell in combination with the vicon system 1.8.5. See the attached picture to see our data in excel.

We were now wondering if it is possible to convert this excel data to a .mot file so we can include this in "External Load" input for Inverse dynamics. As we understand the .mot file needs a force in three dimensions but we do not have that. We just have two column with 750 rows of force data and time.

OR is there other ways to include the force-data without having a .mot file and where can we do that?
