Trouble logging in

Hello, I am a new OpenSim user and I am having trouble logging onto OpenSim. I have downloaded the OpenSim which is compatible for Mac/Apple Devices. Also, I have made sure to update my settings to update my privacy settings to allow for all apps to be downloaded. Nonetheless, every time I try to use OpenSim, I am getting a message from my computer which states, "The last time you opened java, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself."

I do not know what they are asking for because I feel I have done everything on my end to make the application to work. If it would be possible to maybe get someone to help ASAP I would be greatly appreciative.
