wrong result in opensense

Hi,
I am using OpenSim4.2 to some walking simulation. In the beginning, the output looks like a walking simulation,i can see the knee angle change. But now,when i simulate walking again,the knee angle goes to zero,so the simulation results could be wrong.Can you tell me which step I wrong in?
