Hi Chen,

Generally speaking, yes OpenSim can do things like this, but you will probably have to describe more specifically what you're looking to do, e.g. do you have experimental gait analysis data from subjects walking with different prostheses and want to compute prosthesis energetics from those data, or are you looking to generate "predictive" simulations with different specified prosthesis parameters that generate these kind of data, or [some other thing]?
