Hi,
I am not familiar with your model, but this error could be related to a wrong definition of the line of action of the glut_med1_l, or a wrong definition of the musculo-tendon parameters. Sometimes, if the scaling is slightly off, this error can occur too.
If you are using a wrapping, you could verify that the muscle line is not abnormal at this time frame.

It's a Rajagopal full body model 2015. I haven't changed any parameters in terms of muscle. But got struck with this error. Is there any other options for rectifying it?

Hi,
Here are some preliminary verification ideas :
- From your mot file name, I suppose you are doing gait analysis. I would start by comparing IK, ID results to literature.
- I see, you haven't filtered your coordinates data, so you try adding a filter, to verify that this is not just an error related to one abnormal point.
- You can also plot your muscles length to verify that the muscle trajectories are continuous.
If no error appears from these points, you might want to consider modifying your muscle parameters. It's the dilemma of generic vs subject-specific models. You might want to change your tendon slack lengths or optimal fiber lengths, but you would need to be able to justify it. You might also consider calibrating your model if you have some EMG data (https://simtk.org/projects/ceinms).
